Hasselback Potatoes


I don’t like potatoes. I love french fries. But the bland baked potato is not my cup of tea. However, these hasselback potatoes not only look so cute but they are a mix of soft and crispy. And so yummy.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Wash your potatoes, scrubbing away any dirt.

Cut even thin slices horizontally 3/4 way down the potato.

Brush over the potato with olive oil.

Put in oven to bake. Aprox 90 minutes.

Halfway through baking pull them out and brush another coat of oil on them.

Finish baking and enjoy.
